Antique Brunswick Empire bar. Built of quarter Sawn Oak. It began its life in the 1800's it was built by Brunswick-Balke-Collender in New York City. This Brunswick bar took the lengthy 5-8 mo ship voyage around Cape Horn before reaching California. It arrived in San Francisco and then transported to Silver City, ID where it presided over the patrons of the Idaho Hotel. It was transferred to the Dewey Palace in Nampa, ID and then transferred to the Old Boise Saloon after the fire at the dewey palace in the 1960s after that It underwent a restoration in 2017 to its current condition.
